
Optimal Setup Environment

Even dry surface such as carpet, tile, pavement, or manicured lawn

Clear of obstacles

Conveniently located power source (for bounce house rentals)

Covered or shaded area (for outdoor set-ups)

Designated parking for the staff to unload and load efficiently
Day Of Setup

Setup team will arrive approximately 2hrs before your event occurs in order to ensure everything is ready for your guest arrival

Pick-up time will be discussed at time of booking and reconfirmed at drop off

In the event of rain, the equipment cannot be setup outside

In the event of high winds, bounce houses cannot be setup outside

Please call immediately in the unlikely event that the weather changes significantly or there is an issue during your rental.
Play Rules

Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr old) parent/guardian while in play area.

Anyone in the play area must be dry and have dry clothing
-
NO shoes (sneakers, high heels, flip flops, sandals, etc) are allowed on mats or in the play area.

NO food, drinks, candy, or gum is allowed in play area.

NO diving into the ball pit.
-
NO equipment should be removed from within play area.
-
NO pets on the equipment or within play area.
-
NO paint stain/mess-prone substances (i.e. glitter, slime, etc.) is not allowed in play area.

All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, bling on pockets etc).
